Shipping & Returns

Shipping Schedule

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days of purchase.

Packaging 

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes or poly-mailers.

Returns & Exchanges (All Sales Final)

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict hygiene/safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. * All sales are final.

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL), S.S.S. Editions LLC is no longer liable for the shipment.

Lost/Stolen: We do not issue refunds for packages marked as "Delivered" that are lost or stolen.

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the shipping box and the damaged item immediately. You must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for compensation.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. Please sign up for emails on our home page to be notified if this changes.
