I started my career in intimate product design and manufacturing in 2014. At the time, indie retailers were working to successfully steer the shopping experience away from seedy big box stores and toxic, melting jelly toys towards inclusive online communities, body safe materials, and cooler branding. Today, people seeking pleasure objects have an incredible array of options available across the internet. 

In this digital universe, any toy you dream up can be computer-modeled and manufactured, from realistic body parts and natural forms, to fantasy creatures, to the thousands of sleek, abstract designs flooding the market. 

What I wanted to add to the landscape of available options was the intimate connection to nature that is only possible through casting directly from natural materials.
